German Steam Firefighting Truck in 1902

~A Story~
In ancient times, when fire occurred, most people depended on watering by man or animal-drawn transportation. In western world, Greek Ktesibios invented a device that can suck and erupt in the third century. It was the device that has close concept to the modern firefighting truck. World’s first firefighting truck was made by German mental craftsman Aiten Blatner in 1518. According to The Crafts History of Augsburg, this firefighting truck was formed by putting huge lever water pump on the car, and pushed by horse or human. In 1829, London’s steam engineer John Braithwaite invented fire sprinkler with forcing steam. Aerial ladder truck by manpower was invented in Germany in 1872.The concept of modern firefighting truck teams had gradually arisen.
